Behind his desk, surrounded by an efficient and discreet team, he officiates every day since 24 years to make the stay of our guests the most pleasant.
Speaking four languages (French, English, Italian and German), his knowledge about the region and his precious address book allow him to answer all the demands. His challenge: to reach excellence by listening to the slightest wish of our hosts.

Why did you choose this job ? Just by chance. I began with a summer job as a valet, and the taste for the contact with clients brought me behind this desk.
