Since his tender years, Xavier Dinet, head sommelier of the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, finds he has a passion for the hotel industry and more particularly for oenology.
Starting his career at 15 years old, he has moved up very quickly for finally being chef sommelier at the gastronomic restaurant Eden-Roc.
Bernard Neveu, 29 years old, has recently got into the huge Oetker’s family at the Château Saint-Martin & Spa. He is part of these young prodigies who always want to convey their love for wine.
